This project proposes a two-story Accessory Dwelling Unit with a roof deck, thoughtfully designed as an extension of the existing garage. The unit provides a compact yet versatile living space, seamlessly integrating with the main property while offering privacy and flexibility. The roof deck expands usable outdoor space, capturing light and views, and enhancing the connection between interior and exterior areas. The design balances efficiency and comfort, creating a functional home that adapts to contemporary living needs on a small lot.
